Innovation is a change, innovation, and creation of more creative and better products, processes, or actions. It is also defined as the process by which social and economic value is derived from knowledge through the development, implementation and generation of ideas that provide improved or new products, strategies, processes or services (Sloane, 2012)

While innovation leads to notable improvements in services, products and ways of doing so, creativity means being able to come to original and new ideas. Such ideas are of no value in themselves, and the value is realized only after their implementation. Thus, creativity is an important precursor to innovation. An example that demonstrates the difference between innovation and creativity is a meeting that is held by members of the organization (Sloane, 2012)

There are many difficulties faced by organizations and their goals are being singled out, and those in it come with ideas on how they can make progress within the organization. The ability of participants to come to ideas that are the original to solve problems, as well as the achievement of the company’s goals, demonstrate creativity. Once these ideas are proposed, they are designed and implemented so that they can have a meaning. The process of introducing and developing ideas is what innovation is (Sloane, 2012). Radical innovation is not only very risky, but difficult to implement. The majority of people in management positions in the organization can easily innovate compared to radical innovation (Sloane, 2012). The innovative innovative example in medicine includes tools that are less intrusive or more effective. Radical innovations in medicine may also include a search for procedures that are entirely new in the treatment of diseases, such as the use of nanotechnology to fight cancer, instead of using chemotherapy

An incremental innovation process, as well as the benefits of improving the quality of services, processes and products per se. Radical innovation facilitates the movement of staff with technological advances and removes the risks associated with out-of-date services or products of an organization that are out of date and use outdated processes (Sloane, 2012)

There are various sources that inspire innovation. This may be the result of the creation of new ideas, as is happening in research institutes by accident, as in the case of numerous inventions, such as NutraSweet and microwave oven. The values or requirements that come into conflict with the product can lead to innovation in the product, at the same time to satisfy opposite views. The needs of the process can also lead to innovation in the same way as the absence of skilled workers in the US within 19

The organization’s long-term survival depends on innovation. Therefore, heads of organizations have a mandate to develop creative abilities among the members of the organization, which ultimately leads to innovation. Leaders receptive to new ideas, open and flexible, have a greater opportunity to encourage innovation in their organizations. As mentioned above, most leaders are often well aware of the introduction of incremental innovation rather than radical innovation. Thus, they must allow their juniors to manage the implementation of radical innovation, as the juniors have practical experience

creativity and innovation are often used interchangeable. While this is incorrect, it indicates that both are closely related and cannot be effective with each other. Creativity is an internal process in the head of a person, while innovation is an eternal phenomenon. Without creativity, innovation cannot exist without innovation, creativity will have no meaning
